Simplisafe keypad not working

Mar 14, 2024 · Keypad stopped working The keypad accepts my pin number but will not change from away mode to home mode or vice versa. I have to use my app on my phone to change the mode.

This just happened to me. I took out the batteries and put in new ones. Still the same. I took the keypad down and into the room with the base station and it all started working. I then put the keypad back and it's still working. The keypad and base station have been where they are for a least 3 years with no issues. I don't get it.5.
